简介
1986年山东大学生物系学士毕业,1989硕士毕业,2006年山东中医药大学中药学博士毕业。1989年至今在山东省科学院生物研究所工作。现任山东省人类疾病斑马鱼模型与药物筛选工程技术中心主任、中国实验动物学会水生实验动物专业委员会副主任委员、中国药学会海洋药物专业委员会委员、中国工业生化与分子生物学分会常务委员、山东省药学会药剂专业委员会副主任委员、中药与天然药物专业委员会委员、生化与生物技术药物专业委员会委员、山东省实验动物学会常务理事、山东省毒理学会常务理事、《山东科学》编委、药理与毒理专栏主持人、科技部项目与奖励评审专家。
  主要从事人类疾病斑马鱼模型的建立及基于斑马鱼模型的生物活性毒性评价与新产品研发工作,于2006年建立了国内首个基于斑马鱼模型的药物筛选平台,在斑马鱼疾病模型的构建及药物早期成药性评价方面做了大量的开拓性研究工作,带领团队先后建立了包括肿瘤、心血管疾病、神经系统疾病等40多种人类疾病斑马鱼模型,为国内外的高校、科研院所和企业开展了大量的生物活性与毒性评价服务。
  先后主持承担国家、省部级项目二十多项,获得国家科技进步三等奖1项,省部级科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖1项、三等奖1项,国家发明创业奖人物奖1项,山东省发明创业一等奖1项;授权国家发明专利39项,实用新型专利16项,国外发明专利1项,发表科技论文160多篇,其中SCI收录100多篇。
培养学生情况:培养博士研究生1名,硕士研究生15名。
