Optimization and Control of Fermentation Process

    Optimization and control of fermentation process direction: Based on the biochemical online analysis technology and process control, and making biologic fermentation process as the research object, we realized multi-parameters on-line analysis of fermentation process and established the fermentation process model, which had realized optimization and accurate metabolic control of fermentation process, enhancing the overall technology level of food and medicine fermentation in China.
